Web Designer Needed ft pt (San Diego (downtown))
Growing Advertising Agency seeking full time (or part time to start) web design to assist in creating websites, blogs, landing pages, banners and other advertising media. The job would also include some IT and hosting and domain maintenance. We are really looking for someone who can grow with us as our business grows. We want a web designer who is committed to doing quality work, has graphic design sense, creative flair and strong attention to detail . . . not just a programmer. Marketing experience is a plus.
Candidate should be a professional, self-starter with an enthusiastic, positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We are all very happy, easy-going types, but are serious about what we do.

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- Understanding of and experience with HTML, CSS, MySQL, PHP, and SEO.
- Proficient with computer graphics applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Reader and Adobe Creative Suite)
- Thorough understanding of design fundamentals: color choice, layout and typography
- Thorough understanding of internet current and upcoming trends
- Command of the creative requirements of marketing and interactive multimedia.
- Self-reliant and able to work independently or as part of a team.
– Can think independently
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Skilled oral and written communicator
- Basic IT skills, experience with trouble shooting and configuring email clients, Windows OS, mobile devices and basic office hardware.
– Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics to create reports on SM activities is a plus.
- Experience with Social Media Dashboards.
