You are part of the sales team based in Orange County, CA. You focus on convincing new media buying partners to drive traffic to our platform and high quality campaigns. While you closely monitor all of our media acquisition activities, you especially manage our Affiliate Managers in detail, coordinate with our programmatic media buying partners, and interface with senior management. You have strong expertise in the field of online marketing, especially Affiliate and Performance campaigns.

Monitor and drive all acquisition activities of company globally
Effective management of a multi-million dollar marketing budget
Plan and implement high performing affiliate campaigns
Identify and onboard new partners
Measure, monitor and optimize impact on company metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
7 years+ experience in customer facing online marketing management
Proven record of delivering results in an e-commerce, subscription or online advertising environment
Ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced work environment – hands-on mentality as well as self-initiative and self-confidence is a must
