Vice President, Performance Division
We are a rapidly growing global marketing platform. As Vice President of our Performance Division, you will report directly into our CEO and be responsible for leading our flagship business. You will work closely with our sales team and our operations team to achieve top line growth and margin expansion.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, grow, train and manage the individuals employed within our global Performance Division
- Work with management team to define and achieve revenue and business goals
- Develop and grow sales organization by Identifying and scaling global accounts
- Build out the OKRs for the sales and delivery teams and enforce them through timely intervention and identifying process improvements
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to leverage learnings across account performance to improve outcomes
- Liaise with the financial team to manage the margins expected from the business
- Understand the needs, goals, and objectives of the buying community and actively advocate on their behalf with our marketing & product teams
- Leverage data analysis to drive informed decision making and growth
- Be the expert on Performance products and our proprietary technology platform
- Ensure best in class representation within the global media and advertising community
What you’ve got:
- Demonstrated experience leading and growing a sales organization
- Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to understand key metrics and apply these to performance optimizations
- Comfort working and leading multi-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Deep network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem
- Proactive, creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work across different cultures and in a matrix style environment
- Willingness to travel
