Multiple companies looking for experienced and motivated affiliate managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Researching and recruiting new publishers (affiliates)
Working with publishers and advertisers to optimize delivery and campaign performance.
Ensuring compliance with publishers on an ongoing basis.
Analyzing publisher statistics to maximize revenue, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns and troubleshooting issues.
Building and managing client relationships. .
Implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
Managing affiliate relations, communication and recruitment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of affiliate management experience. College degree is a plus but not required by all companies. have worked for a reputable affiliate network and be able to recruit and manage new affiliates, manage network offers, and increase company revenue substantially. In most cases the base salary is lower for remote situations with a larger commission structure.
Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical and implementation skills are required. Must be able to understand and verbalize technical language involved in the performance marketing space.
