LOCATION:
Our office is in Las Vegas. Candidates who are willing to live in Las Vegas, and/or travel back and forth regularly to our Las Vegas office will be given preference. Otherwise, the Senior Affiliate Manager is a remote, work from home position.
Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
THE ROLE:
Company seeks an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to autonomously manage large projects in our affiliate marketing practice. This person will be responsible for handling multiple affiliate partnerships for multiple offers. Knowledge of how to work with and nurture display/native affiliates will be crucial.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. AFFILIATE COMMUNICATION – Nurture excellent affiliate relationships, both in email but especially display and native. Analyze campaign data in order to motivate existing affiliates to run our offers, communicate these results with internal team as well. Maintain very high satisfaction and retention rates by responding to questions etc within a timely manner on both weekdays and weekends.
2. AFILIATE STRATEGY – Oversee successful affiliate programs by developing effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving sales and ROI goals. Proactively offering new and innovation ideas to the overall program strategy.
3. EXECUTION – Execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation and optimization strategies that align with the goals of the client. Perform general account management and monitor for fraud and affiliate compliance.
4. STATISTICS AND ANALYSIS – Provide regular reporting so that the rest of the team and the client can see progress and ROI. Analyze data using metrics such as click through rates, conversion rates, and EPC’s to find opportunities and identify issues with active affiliates. Provide data-driven insights and requests for new ad creative and landing page optimizations.
5. NEW BUSINESS – Work to onboard and activate new affiliate partnerships every month. Able to think outside of the box to bring on new and unique affiliate partnerships, all traffic types.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• 4-8 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ClickBank, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, a plus
• Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports, a plus
