This fun company is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager responsible for building a world-class partnership team, relationships with top tier retailers, while also using strong quantitative skills to synthesize data into actionable ideas and tactics.
Position Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop an existing team with plans to grow in Q3 and beyond
-Define team goals based on revenue targets and KPI’s such as performance by retailer and category
-Build relationships with senior executives at top retailers and work with them to on strategic opportunities to achieve additional reach
-Develop and deliver key client presentations
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to implement placements that will deliver the right retailer content to the right audience at the right time
-Be the retail expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams
-Attend industry events which may require travel
Position Qualifications:
-Deep knowledge of retailers including how their needs vary and how the hiring company can be an ideal partner.
-Proven track record for creative thinking and problem solving that yielded high performing results.
-Expert in all things online marketing, especially affiliate, SEO, and online advertising.
-Knowledgeable about the competitive landscape and emerging online trends.
-Can balance scrappy, “get it done” mentality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally.
-7+ years experience in account /client management or business development including proven success in hiring, building, and retaining strong teams.
-Knowledge of affiliate networks, Salesforce, and Google Analytics are required.
-Industry experience as a publisher or a network publisher manager is a huge plus.
