We are seeking a strategic performance marketing professional to join and lead our highly respected team, focused on building and managing direct affiliate partnerships and our company’s lead acquisition in the performance email marketing space. The Senior Affiliate Manager is responsible for prospecting, building new affiliate relationships, utilizing technology to build lead acquisition flows, growing our marketing team and day-to-day management of our partner’s relationships to build and grow successful online and performance email campaigns for our company.
Responsibilities of the Role:
-Consistent efforts prospecting, negotiating and communicating with current and potential marketing affiliates .
-Monitor affiliate’s activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase quality and quantity of leads.
-Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates, create and recommend them with new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to our affiliates.
-Supply creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed.
– Propose monthly updates to CEO on goals and progress of the department.
-Grow and Nurture our affiliate dept and individual team members to meet the department goals.
-Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
-Proactively monitor marketing sources on all campaigns.
-Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues.
-Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth.
-Represent Company at industry conferences.
-Develop new lead flow acquisition methods together with internal team and external consultants.
