Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive you’ll be a motivated, results-driven individual. You should have a minimum 3 years digital ad sales experience with at least 2+ years of direct experience selling digital advertising solutions. Your primary responsibility is to drive and grow new business. Experience working with trading desks, ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, and exchanges is a plus. Extensive existing client base with excellent relationships preferred.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting for new business, Profiling strategies, and Pipeline prioritization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Develop and adhere to a Sales Plan around the acquisition of new clients
- Sell to multiple levels of an organization, with strong emphasis on executive level relationships.
- Work with potential advertisers to negotiate IOs and complete credit apps
- Work directly with demand team to ensure campaigns are properly being set up and trafficked.
- Actively consult with Advertisers on business solutions that exceed revenue objectives through the recommendation and implementation of unique, successful marketing programs.
- Track and record client data, relevant business metrics, pipeline opportunities, ongoing communication and service changes in CRM system.
- Keep abreast of products, industry pricing, competitive trends in display, mobile, video and digital sales industries.
- Travel to industry trade shows as needed.
Requirements:
- Comfortable and proficient with the entire sales cycle from prospecting, face to face meetings, pitching and contract negotiations
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience managing campaigns on CPM, CPA, CPC and CPL models. Knowledge of all forms of on-line lead generation programs, including: PPC, e-mail, display, CPA and other on-line media opportunities
- Must be a “hunter.” While we will be providing leads, heavy concentration will be on prospecting and generating independent leads.
- Experience with online display, mobile and video.
- Executive and decision maker level contacts at Brand Advertisers and Agencies that know you and like to do business with you.
- Proven collaboration skills, with ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve sales results
- In depth understanding of digital media and consumer behavior
- Possess superb organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
