In this role, you will oversee all paid search products for our various offers, including but not limited to set-up of campaigns, optimization and reporting through Google AdWords, Bing, plus display & search advertising. You will direct implementation of search & display campaigns while continuing to build and expand our current search capabilities. Additionally, you will test and analyze new sources including relevant native and video ads. The ideal candidate is a tech-minded leader with a passion for paid search and media buying and has over 5 years of experience working with budgets that exceed 7-figures per month. We are ready to pay for the best and offer commission structure and other incentives to attract the bet. This position can expect $150k-300k+ with profit sharing and ownership options. SUMMARY OF TASKS:
● Manage day-to-day search marketing activities including campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search and display campaigns.
● Analyze daily stats with analytics team to deliver desired cost-per-action that meets or exceeds ROI targets.
● Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement.
● Develop near and long-term PPC / Display / Video advertising account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day operations that increase revenue, site traffic and conversions.
● Assist in analyzing new trends and developing creatives to increase CTR on ads.
● Work with design team to spec and launch new creatives for display campaigns.
● Work with design team to create and split test landing pages.
● Test and analyze new traffic sources to back out to desired CPA.
PRIMARY ROLE OF POSITION:
● Ideate and deliver innovative paid search strategies and tactics against measurable ROI.
● Oversee development of paid search & display program strategies and analysis for company e.g., non-brand efficiencies, day-parting, week-parting, media mix, value of paid search customer, etc.
● Collaborate with account, creative and reporting/analytics teams to ensure all executions are strategically aligned, and client needs are met.
● Evolve world-class Paid Search practice, leveraging third-party data and technologies.
● Work with design team to create new creatives, copy and landing pages to increase ROI.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
● B.A. or equivalent work experience required.
● 5+ years of search engine marketing/display media buying experience and managing large-scale, CPA-driven accounts encompassing 7-figure monthly budgets.
● Experience with Google Display, Google Search, Bing, Facebook and Instagram ads.
● Proven track record of developing strategy and executing effective SEM.
● Ability to predict trends and assign new creative ideas to designers and copy writer.
● Certified by Google AdWords.
● 2+ years experience setting up and optimizing Display/Video Advertising Campaigns through Google DBM or equivalent.
