Three years ago, we launched our website , and following outstanding growth in 2014 that saw turnover grow by over 300% and advertising revenue grow by 700%, we are excited to be looking to recruit a number of key personnel for our New Jersey offices to further accelerate this opportunity.

We have experienced phenomenal growth since inception, with triple digit growth in both cashback and advertising revenue expected to continue for a number of years. This growth has created the need to expand the team in-country and we are looking for a pro-active, marketing executive to join us. This is a real opportunity to get in at the relatively early stages of our development in the US market. Reporting to the US Marketing Manager, whilst also working closely with our Global Head of PR, the Performance Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for our website’s performance marketing – affiliate, lead gen and direct partnerships; helping to optimize the success of the existing portfolio of affiliates and sourcing new affiliates and partnerships all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence to obtain
new members to the site within agreed ROI targets. The successful applicant will need to have 2 years+ Affiliate experience preferably gained in a similar role, but more importantly possess a real understanding of all aspects of affiliate marketing. A friendly, hands-on, and fun approach to work is also a must. The role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner affiliate networks and other lead generation partners.
Key Responsibilities may include:
• Developing new and existing relationships and partnerships with Networks and Affiliates
• Daily affiliate management – work with publisher partners and networks to optimise delivery and campaign performance.
• Responsible for ensuring the brand values of our Cashback website are reflected in all campaigns and with the publishers we work with.
• Analyse publisher and partner performance on a daily basis, maximise and identify opportunities. Review Cost Per Registration and Cost Per Activation to the site.
• Investigate under-performing publishers and partnerships; strategize improvements and where necessary remove from the programme.
• Develop campaigns with affiliate and direct partnerships that work with our website’s demographic.
• Building of landing pages (training given if required), writing copy and liasing with UK design function .
• Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate and partnerships productivity, create new growth opportunities.
• Support the US Marketing Manager in the implementation and execution of our marketing activities to acquire new members and get increased purchases via the site. • Execution of all agreed seasonal marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager and other departments.
• Research pre and post campaign results to measure the delivery on ROI.
• Additional marketing duties likely to include social media as and when required
• As a relatively small operation of 5-10 US based staff, need to be have a very hands-on approach with high levels of flexibility doing what is needed to get the job done.
Required Skills/Attributes

• Clear understanding of digital marketing to include CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV, e-mail marketing, blog marketing, SEO, SEM
• Honest with a sense of fair play
• A passion for saving consumers money
• 2 Years+ direct affiliate experience
• Existing industry relationships desirable but not essential
• Educated to degree level with a strong passion for Marketing
• A strong understanding of how offers and incentives can be used to drive response and profitability
• Numerical and analytical with ability to analyze data and present findings
• Self-motivated, thriving on autonomy
• Determination to improve knowledge on a day to day basis
