Who you are:
Position is open to candidates in the Los Angeles area.
As a media buyer, pay per call, you will work closely with the network analyst and senior director to build and grow the company’s internal media campaigns. This includes both optimizing current campaigns and creating new campaigns based on current client needs.
This is full time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure. Working some weekends and/or evenings may be required.
You key responsibilities will be:
-Building, optimizing, and scaling lead generation advertising campaigns via search, display, Facebook, PPV, and any other strategic traffic sources.
-Testing opportunities and developing strategies in new verticals for key clients.
-Serving as the in-house performance marketer.
-Split testing and CRO, ensuring the targeting, ad creative, and landing pages are constantly improving.
-Building and maintaining an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities.
-Working with the dev and analytics teams to get the data you need to optimize inbound call campaigns.

-Personal drive to succeed – meet and exceed goals and the ability to take charge and solve problems.
-Expert level knowledge of one or more ad platforms including, but not limited to: Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, 2nd tier search, PPC/CPV, Mobile Ad Networks, Display, DSPs.
-Proven track record of building and optimizing lead generation campaigns with a positive ROI.
-Creative mind and a knack for uncovering niches and revenue opportunities.
-Working knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry.
-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask effectively and manage timelines.
-Comfortable dealing with unexpected situations and requests.
Education and Experience:
-Experience managing performance marketing campaigns
-Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
-Post-secondary education in business or marketing
-Agency or Affiliate Marketing Experience preferred
