What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Operations Manager, Gmail, you are deeply organized and operationally minded.
Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of email-based digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for daily optimization and management of campaigns within individual platforms. Working with our Channel Operations Team, you will maintain awareness of new marketing techniques, as well as look for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques of your own. You will build campaign and trafficking sheets to share with others. A core responsibility is content monitoring, campaign implementation and quality assurance. Basic budget management is required. Most importantly, you will analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
You will proactively think about improving how things are done. You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
