MARKETING ANALYST

We are looking for an energetic and analytical individual with 1-2 years experience to plan, develop, implement, execute, and optimize our performance-based digital campaigns, specifically for lead generation. This is a full-time position in our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. You will strategize comprehensive paid media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic/leads to our owned and operated sites. The core function of the position will be to optimize and grow existing campaigns. To accomplish these goals, you will manage and monitor accounts intraday to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute PPC campaigns to drive traffic each day
  • Measure and analyze performance on a daily basis
  • Optimize bids, dayparts, filters, etc. of the active media to ensure our goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Develop and analyze reports, including projections, and provide analysis of KPIs and trends
  • Implementation of A/B tests both on our sites and within partners’ UIs

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of related work in digital media planning, buying, analysis, and managing campaigns (lead gen / direct response a plus)
  • Hands on experience required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are required
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding multiple interacting metrics
  • Ability to distill actionable findings from a large dataset and then implement those findings effectively and independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize when faced with multiple tasks
  • Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction or oversight
  • Knowledge of the online mortgage space a huge plus

Education:

  • BS / BA Degree from a 4 year university in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred
