This online marketing company is looking for an exceptional performer who can help expand their online customer acquisition efforts for our downloadable browser search bars, desktop optimization products and search services in the US and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and track record generating new affiliate marketing relationships and business.
-Identify, negotiate and close new affiliate business relationships for our products in the US and internationally
-Help develop and manage the marketing new business development pipeline
-Achieve and exceed new account and revenue goals
-Represent the company at key affiliate trade shows, including Ad:Tech, Affiliate Summit, and international events
-Partner with Marketing on the development of country and regional business plans and goals
-Assist Marketing with new partner set-up, test plans, and test analysis & conclusions
-Ensure smooth on-boarding of affiliates to the Account Team
-Work with Business Development to identify the best prospecting strategies and tactics
-The position will be focused on our Web and Desktop Optimization products but will expand over time to include mobile
-4+ years experience in online affiliate marketing and new business development
-A demonstrated track record of success with increasing responsibility
-Strong knowledge and passion for the affiliate industry, ad networks, and search engine marketing
-Knowledge of download software and browser extensions a big plus
-Strong negotiation skills
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
-Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
-Willingness to travel. International travel experience a plus
-BS degree
