What You’ll Do
As a Mail Operations Analyst, reporting to the General Manager of Mail Operations, you have a love of technology, efficient operations, and use the former to improve the latter.
Your responsibilities will include
Running daily email marketing process conform to expectations
Executing various manual operations processes, while working with Engineering and others to design automation
Identifying errors and faults – fixing them where you can and escalating where you cannot, including responding to alarms that are already in place
Monitoring and solving problems during off-business hours
Proposing process and efficiency improvements
Managing a set of core reports measuring the efficiency and accuracy of mail operations
You will proactively think about improving how things are done.
You will be an independent contributor and work somewhat autonomously, and you should expect that you will often work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

2+ years of experience in email marketing
Comfort with standard marketing and operational technology: Spreadsheets, Linux, Web & IP tech, HTML & CSS, etc – and the desire to develop expertise
1+ year of professional experience with SQL
Excellent communication skills
Superlative time management skills and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule
The ability to work off-business hours and weekends
Experience in working with remote teams, including offshore teams, is a plus
