We are looking for a determined individual to fill our Head of Affiliates position in LA, and whose main responsibilities are building a strong client portfolio, delivering revenue, growing new & existing business with affiliates and maintaining the already concrete reputation attained.
With offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Brunei (and counting),
Company is collaborating with over 500 of the largest international advertising clients.
Responsibilities
Engage in seeking new business opportunities to reach company goals.
Full responsibility for building and leading your team.
Secure new publisher relationships; media buyers, mailers, ad networks, affiliate networks, etc.
Manage and scale key accounts created
Set and reach revenue growth goals by managing your pipeline and scaling accounts.
Regularly reporting & maintaining communication with team members and management in Amsterdam, Berlin and Shanghai.

4+ years relevant publisher experience & key account management in Online & Mobile Marketing
Proven successful publisher record and thorough knowledge of the digital ad sales ecosystem.
Proven track record of establishing and exceeding team and individual goals.
Solid network and knowledge of key industry players of mobile/ Online Publishers.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Intelligent, extremely motivated, goals oriented, results driven and open minded personality.
Strong academic background. Master/ MBA preferred.
