Skills And Qualifications:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Designer/Developer: The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for creating elements, web pages, banners, emails. Tasks include:
• Work with multiple stakeholders to deliver elements from a single image to a fully designed web sites
• Developing graphics, editing photos, and creating brand guidelines for various marketing needs and websites
• Developing a variety of digital assets, including banner advertisements, social media graphics, email marketing graphics, video title cards, and more
• Providing occasional production design assistance to support our team (e.g., pull-up printed banners for trade event)
• Be proactive in making sure various elements and designs stay fresh and up-to- date.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Education: BA or BS is strongly preferred. Candidates without degrees will be considered if they possess an exemplary record of success and expertise relevant to web development.
• Professional Experience: Minimum three years of web development and design experience required.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

You will be joining our development team to create, optimize, and maintain our websites. This position is an opportunity to put your creativity to good use to significantly increase website visits and market conversion rates. Here’s a closer look at the duties in this critical role:
– Develop, maintain, update, and optimize the company website.
– Collaborate in the creation of web pages, functions, email templates and HTML/CSS component libraries to help deliver beautiful, consistent web pages.
