Director of User Acquisition
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Director of User Acquisition to create, run and optimize our paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest and various other paid media channels. You will be working directly with the CMO as well as our Creative/Content Team. We are a revolutionary new health & beauty brand that is one of the fastest growing in the space. We are located in the heart of the Arts District in DTLA, in a beautiful collaborative work space. This position is one of the most important in the company and has unlimited growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage campaigns across Facebook, Pinterest and paid native channels.
- Ad creation, copywriting, implementation, and optimization.
- Manage bidding and budgeting to hit and maintain ROAS goals.
- Compile reporting on KPIs when required.
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video shoots to promote our product lines.
- Target key influencers in the beauty space and negotiate rates with them for content creation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ideally experience using other online ad platforms such as AdWords, Gemini, Taboola etc.
- Highly analytical mindset and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign ROI goals, and make adjustments to key performance drivers.
- Self-Motivated – if you need to be told what to do daily, Do Not Apply!!
- Knowledge of pixels, tracking links, and UTM variables for Google Analytics.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
