Job Impact
This role is a critical growth driver for the company. The Sales, Account Executive ensures our continued growth by connecting potential customers with our various product lines. The ideal candidate has experience in direct marketing strategy and customer acquisition campaigns. The Sales, Account Executive will interface with senior management and business development to create a pipeline of customers based on current and future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
– Target, build and create a pipeline of prospects selling online leads, calls, and digital marketing services to a wide range of industries such as insurance and financial services.
– Develop real connections through phone, email, professional networking and attending industry conferences.
– Prospect for new clients and build long-term relationships by listening to client needs, demonstrating the benefits of our products, and recommending appropriate solutions.
– Perform full sales process from lead generation to negotiation of terms to execution of contract.
– Analyze client success and present to leadership team weekly.
– Manage client’s sales activity via company CRM.
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of inside/outside experience selling online media.
– Strong written, verbal, phone and presentation skills.
– Skilled in seeking out new opportunities, prospecting, cold calling, negotiation and follow through.
– Self motivated and able to work independently to attain goals.
– Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
– Results focused & ambitious attitude.
