Company Confidential is growing online pay-per-call marketing company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL that is currently seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative. This person will handle the day to day activities pertaining to the on-boarding and maintenance of our client base using Salesforce CRM and contacting customers by email, chat and telephone.

• Monthly Bonus: 2% of Net Profit Derived from Salesperson(s) Assigned
• 1 Year experience in Pay-Per-Call and/or Affiliate Marketing
• 1 Year experience with working with Salesforce CRM. ·
• 1 Year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Google Drive applications.
• Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, traffic driving methods and pricing models a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Daily communication with account (buyer) contacts.
• Work closely with business development team on day-to-day lead & account activities.
• Work closely with QA/Compliance department on any issues with buyer account/performance. And communicate with salesperson & end buyer to resolve any issues.
• Answer the sales line to handle incoming calls, forwarding to appropriate salesperson.
• Log, track and follow up on sales process for buyer accounts.
• Updating and managing Salesforce CRM daily.
• Creating buyer accounts and offers in Ringba.
• Confirm billable amounts with buyer for invoicing on a daily or weekly basis.
• Track buyer reporting metrics.
