Summary:
*** This position is currently located in Sunrise, FL but will be relocating to Boca Raton, FL within the next 3 -4 months. ***
The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing existing company accounts through day-to-day contact with existing clients and works to maximize campaign performance metrics by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may be changed, added or reassigned at sole discretion of management
– Performs daily analysis of key performance metrics.
– Performs daily optimization of campaigns based on results of key performance metrics.
– Obtains performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing on a monthly basis.
– Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing.
– Assists Client Account Executive to evaluate new client offers in conjunction with Campaign Management team.
– Provides superior customer service to clients.
– Provides campaign reporting to clients.
– Performs miscellaneous operation tasks related to lead tracking, billing analysis, and discrepancy tracking.
– Provides feedback on how to better satisfy client needs.
– Provides clients weekly feedback of offers available within the network, negotiating placements and payouts
– Other duties that are within education and experience may be assigned for the betterment of the company.
Job Specifications:
– Account Management or Customer Service experience preferred (or equivalent)
– Strong understanding of the internet
– Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
– Strong analytical skills and abilities
– Basic understanding of Advertising measurements
– Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
– Strong communication skills are essential (verbal and written)
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
– Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
