-Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate & advertiser contact management strategy
-Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to execute on sold campaigns
-Monitor affiliate & advertiser activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
-Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue generating programs, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
-Work with Legal to ensure compliance with industry and corporate policies and data management best practices
-Provide world class customer service to strategic accounts to service campaigns and drive repeat business
-Monitor campaign delivery and performance
Adhere to and improve upon processes to ensure quality assurance and ad delivery capabilities
Desired Skills and Experience
-You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in trafficking and online advertising
-Highly proficient with online ad and internal tracking tools
-Outstanding organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Previous account management experience
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Understanding of browser extensions and downloadable software IS A PLUS
-Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns
