Job Description:
Position is open to candidates in the Los Angeles area.
As an affiliate manager, pay per call, you will work closely with the network manager and senior director to build and grow our network of publishers. This includes both optimizing our current portfolio of affiliate publishers and attracting new ones to fit with our current client needs.
This is full time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure. Working some weekends and/or evenings may be required.
You key responsibilities will be:
-Recruiting new affiliate publishers to grow the business.
-Vetting new affiliate publishers and their promotional methods, websites, and other creative for accuracy and compliance.
-Onboarding new affiliate publishers, getting their paperwork and billing information squared away
and filed.
-Listening to publisher driven phone calls to monitor for fraud, compliance, and overall quality.
-Acting as a subject matter expert to affiliate publishers to expand relationships and increase the number of pay per call offers they are running and overall volume.
-Building and maintaining an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities.
-Promoting and marketing HyperTarget Marketing as a company representative at conferences and business meetings across the US as well as online.

-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask effectively and manage timelines.
-Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred a huge plus.
-Comfortable dealing with unexpected situations and requests.
Education and Experience:
-Experience in sales, particularly business to business
-Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
-Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing
-Online marketing, mobile or advertising experience an asset
-Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including excel, as well as the internet and cloud based software like gmail and google docs.
