Company is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who is responsible for:
– Contacting potential affiliates and conducting interviews to pre-quality them. – Checking industry references of affiliates to further qualify them.
– Maintaining a level of familiarity with all aspects of accounts, including but not limited to affiliates’ traffic sources, marketing methods, etc.
– Developing and maintaining close business relationships with affiliates in order to provide the highest level of support.
– Promoting the company’s offer campaigns to affiliate base according to campaign targeting and affiliate type
– Coordinating and scheduling phone calls and chat sessions based on time zones of clients.
– Analyzing statistical data to identify trends, as well as to make informed decisions on how to maximize revenues for the company and for affiliates.
– Using data to make positive optimizations, and scale up efforts and traffic volume.
– Using best judgment to determine what is most beneficial for the company and its reputation.
– Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly goals
– Attending industry related conferences and trade shows.
– Managing numerous affiliates throughout the day with emails/AIM/Skype and phone interactions to review performance and revenue goals
Minimum skill set:
• Experience in digital and online marketing
• Strong prospecting skills for telephone and email cold-calling
• Possess deal-making and negotiation skills
• Positive, energetic, dependable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile for clients
• Strong analytic, reporting and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn about business operations and client contact
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Understanding of latest marketing trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Sales experience in digital and online marketing
• Experience with performance-based marketing models such as CPA, CPI, CPC, etc.
• Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with senior management and important clients
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively by maintaining a keen attention to details in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
