Affiliate Manager

Company is looking for an ambitious Affiliate Manager who is a go getter, to join our expanding team and grow within our company. We are a performance marketing company with a wide range of products and offers. Our office is located in Los Angeles, CA.

As an Affiliate Manager, you are responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned affiliates and prospecting for new affiliates, by providing online marketing solutions and assistance in order to achieve revenue goals and targeted metrics.

* Maintain a very high level of focus & communication with affiliates to meet daily traffic goals
* Handle all affiliate requests in real-time, including but not limited to: landing page changes, pixel placements, sending out creatives & tracking links, and any other items that might be requested
* Recruit and build lasting relationships with new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
* Analyze campaign & affiliate reports on a daily basis to provide performance feedback to advertiser team
* Present daily status reports including number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, sales generated and other relevant KPIs

Requirements:
-Prior experience using affiliate tracking platforms
-Have an existing book of affiliate relationships with Facebook, Google & display affiliates (email & mobile OK)
-Enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments
-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
