Affiliate Manager
Summary: We are looking for an Affiliate Manager, SALES individual who will spearhead the affiliate sales funnel: help with recruitment, place the first contact, and guiding affiliates to the process all the way of bringing them live. This involves doing follow up on prospects, introduction calls, finding the right fit in terms of offers to pitch and sell in line with the traffic of the affiliate (either own and operated, pay per call or partner offers from our network), making the deal, signing contracts and making sure that this happens in a fast, well organized fashion to get a publisher live as fast as possible.
The ideal candidate is a determined, smart, dynamic, hands-on sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to bring affiliates on board in the insurance, home services and financial industries and partner offers.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and work closely with your colleague who manages generating new affiliates prospects
- Represent our company and its offers in an efficient and effective way to new affiliate prospects, at tradeshows, events, over the phone and through other communication channels
- Know details and about different traffic sources (email, display, native, social, search, etc.)
- Listen, understand, sell and create the right opportunities to new affiliates prospects to ensure the best match is being made between affiliate and our offerings
- Partner with affiliate managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition of going live
- Work with the Partner Offers team to communicate what other partners offers need to be onboarded based on affiliate feedback during the sales funnel
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in affiliate marketing and/or online lead generation
- Strong sales & account management skills
- Knowledgeable of MS Office
- Independent, analytical, takes initiative, enthusiastic, professional, eager to learn
