Ad Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist for its global media buying team. This person will have great people skills, excellent technical capabilities and a knowledge of media buying strategies across various media type and channels.

Desired Skills & Experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for day-to-day setup, optimization and reporting of campaigns
Ensure campaigns are tracking correctly
Act as a primary point of contact for ad operations issues
Provide recommendations to management on additional media buying opportunities
Work with account management to communicate success and optimizations to clients
Assist with daily and monthly reporting analysis for management team
Trouble shoot and reconcile third party impressions discrepancies

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, self starter that is looking to disrupt the establishment with at least:

1-3 experience in an analyst or operations role at an online/tech company or advertising agency.
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel.
Working knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
