The Ad Operations Manager’s main responsibility is to own the implementation and management of new digital media campaigns. The Ad Operations Manager will execute, manage, troubleshoot and optimize Company’s media campaigns across a suite of various products and services. This position will also be responsible for managing campaign reporting for both internal and external purposes as well as helping support both the Lead Generation and Pay Per Call divisions. This role reports to The Director of Lead Generation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conceptually learn and understand all products owned by Company (Online Properties, Pay Per Call, Data Monetization)
Responsible for day-to-day setup, optimization and reporting of advertising campaigns
Act as a primary point of technical contact for ad operations issues
Provide support to customers attempting to utilize Company’s advertising API products
Work with Sales team to communicate success and optimizations to clients
Identify, evaluate and solve problems by analyzing campaign performance data
1-3 years of experience in an analyst or operations role at an online/tech company or advertising agency
SQL Experience
Familiarity with one or more server-side scripting languages (Java, Python, PHP, Bash)
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript
High comfort level interacting with clients by phone and Skype
