Placing and testing conversion / ad tags on client websites
Communicating with clients to obtain campaign information
Managing offers in the campaign management system
Communicate with Campaign Manager regarding campaign delivery or optimization
Serve as the central point of contact for third party ad servers to work out all scheduling, rotation, and technical issues
Troubleshoot any technical and performance issues
Process new insertion orders (IO), revisions into IO management system/Ad Server
Monitor delivery of multi-faceted ad campaigns to ensure successful execution
Coordinate and implement campaign assets including creatives and links
QA across entire campaign lifecycle
Deliver campaign reports to sales and client
Assist the billing department with post campaign questions and reports
Bachelor Degree preferred
1 year of proven experience with online ad trafficking coupled with technical expertise preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Ad Servers and conversion pixel tracking a plus
Experience working with any of the following marketing softwares: CAKE, Hitpath, Linktrust, DirectTrack, HasOffers, or similar.
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficient
Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment
Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; working after hours to meet proposal and project deadlines if needed
