We are seeking a fun, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to work in our busy office.

Job will include but not be limited to:

• Monitoring chat channels with quick response time as a liaison between the accounting department and the rest of the company.
• Monitoring of emails with incoming bills, vendor and client requests, and tax information
• Processing of weekly payments using multiple payment methods
• Weekly invoicing of clients
• Manage client payment and assist in weekly accounts receivable meeting
• Maintaining accurate client and vendor accounts at all times
• Forecasting of expenses and cash flow
• Key contact point with vendors and clients
• Prepare periodic accounting reports for management
