Company Confidential is seeking an experienced, analytical, motivated, and team-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position and we are seeking a candidate with direct experience in performance marketing or lead generation, preferably within financial services. The position is currently remote but the candidate is expected to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office when it reopens.
As an Account Manager, you will be part of our Lead Gen team, managing and optimizing lead, click, call and transfer campaigns for our clients. You will report to our Account Director and work closely with our team of Account Managers, Developers, and Analysts on a daily basis to maximize revenue for the company. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key business partners.
Ideal candidates will be organized, strategic, personable, and quick learners. Attention to detail is a must. Applicants should have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work efficiently in a team environment, and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring performance of campaigns and implementing strategies for optimization
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Communicating with clients and implementing campaign adjustments on their behalf
• Developing strategic solutions to grow the business
• Identifying and resolving internal and client technical issues
• Providing comprehensive analysis of key metrics and trends
• Keeping up to date with performance marketing best practices and strategies
• Assisting with the continual improvement and delivery of strong day-to-day processes and systems for lead generation
• Creating and reviewing agreements and insertion orders
• Educating clients on Company’s products and successfully identify the highest value opportunity for growth
• Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
• Growing revenue through existing relationships, professional networking and dedicated prospecting
