As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building deep relationships within a portfolio of existing clients, as well as taking on new clients every week coming in through the sales team. Your objective is to cross sell additional relevant value added services, develop additional tactics to incrementally advance the client’s business, and generate revenue for our company.
This role is heavily weighted in both Sales and Account Management, as you will be responsible for keeping your clients informed of new features and ensuring all services are activated through consistent engagement and outreach. Ability to succeed in this role will require strong drive as well as the application of in-depth technical understanding.
As part of the Revenue team here, you will work closely with Client Success, Business Development, Product and Marketing to build out a schedule of engagement as your portfolio expands, and hit target sales of revenue and value added services throughout the quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contact client base with productive and engaging phone calls about their business and ways to improve it with our Value Added Services, industry knowledge, referrals, connections, introductions and offer further training on our system.
● Achieve goals and quotas with value added services adoption
● Build relationships with Clients and periodic check-in calls/communications with the client base
● Point of contact to help clients succeed above and beyond our normal support channels
● Ability to multitask and take initiative on new products / features / ideas or challenges that come to your team
● Reporting and use of salesforce to track communications and process on sales

● 5 years (minimum) of experience with at least 2 years relevant experience
● Bachelor’s in business or marketing (or relevant field of study)
● Very strong communication and negotiation skills
● Willing to travel and attend trade shows and conferences, as needed
● Proficient with Excel, salesforce and all Google products
● Proven skills or experience selling software and SAAS products
● Account management, Affiliate marketing, Payment processing or E-commerce experience
