ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
We are seeking an energetic, talented and team-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll work with the Account Management Team within our Lead Generation division.
We use a variety of online marketing techniques to generate leads for our clients in the insurance and mortgage sectors, and it’ll be your job to ensure successful partnerships with our clients. This position provides the opportunity to develop creative solutions to problems with the exceptionally talented and dynamic team of employees. This position will allow you to develop account management skills as you communicate with clients on a daily basis. You will also learn more about online marketing techniques and how to evaluate performance both internally and for our clients.
Ideal candidates will be organized, out-going, quick learners, and extremely analytical with an interest in Internet marketing. We are looking for those with excellent communication and time management skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to multi-task!
Responsibilities include:
- Support the lead generation team that services our clients in the insurance and mortgage industries
- Assist Account Management Team with integrations and facilitating new partnerships
- Create and lead projects to maintain and improve internal systems
- Traffic ad units and assemble creative assets for campaigns and vendors
- Manage and optimize campaigns from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with Account team to monitor campaigns and recommend modifications
- Conduct research on industry and market trends, potential clients, and new vendors
- Attend meetings and conferences with current partners, potential clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
- Basic understanding of online advertising space
- Online advertising or agency experience is a plus
- Exceptional prioritizing skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to strategize, analyze, and optimize around data
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills are a must
- Desire to learn and grow!
