Our client is looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to design and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for their highly profitable, high growth mobile games studio in sunny Boulder, CO. You will be responsible for the management of user acquisition funnel for all active games and work with the analytics team to measure return-on-investment.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing marketing acquisition / top level user funnel.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions for customer acquisition.
• Lead paid acquisition marketing efforts to archive Volume, Quality and ROI acquisition goals.
• Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels.
• Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.
• Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition.
• Conduct analysis and work with business intelligence team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimization.
• Generate performance reports and present to senior management.
• A passion for games and / or interest in mobile gaming.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis.
• Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets.
• Outstanding academic track record with a MBA, BA or BS in math, engineering, economics, business or other quantitative field.
The ideal candidate will also posses:
• Experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships.
• Experience buying and negotiating ad buys; strongly prefer mobile/mobile games ad buying experience.
• Experience conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI including A/B testing alternatives.
• Strong understanding and experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces.
