Our client is looking for a Media Buyer based in San Francisco to pro-actively build long term relationships with new & existing traffic sources on an international scale.
The role is part of a growing Media Buying organization with highly ambitious goals.
As Media Buyer you will:
Create and manage partnerships with key ad networks and publishers to buy digital media, develop and drive media strategies, and ensure ROI goals by:
Digital media buying using major mobile media sources, including but not limited to RTB, Search, Social, etc
Tracking of conversion rates and ROI from digital marketing efforts
Optimization of creative
Develop media buying strategies to increase overall distribution
Ensure maximum ROI for media campaigns
Evolve the tactics employed to capitalize on changing industry trends
Be part of the product “brainstorm” based on the project’s results to create new business products
Functional Competencies required:
2 – 3 years hands-on experience in mobile media buying including direct experience launching, managing and exceeding goals on mobile media campaigns
2-3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing, optimizing campaigns to reach ROI goals, and arbitraging CPM/CPC costs to meet CPA/CPI/CPS targets
A ‘hacker’ mentality, i.e. a proven history of making things happen with limited resources and in a timely fashion
Proven track record of achieving targets and increasing revenue towards the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Experience analyzing conversion data, ROI, and other analytically-oriented material
Basic familiarity with Excel and/or SQL preferred
Excellent interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to improve the business
International experience – highly recommended
